key ingredients provide exfoliating and moisturizing benefits

After using Milagro® Nail Conditioner, apply a small
amount of the Milagro® Cuticle Conditioner to the
cuticle twice daily.
Gently
massage the cream into the cuticles and surrounding skin
to exfoliate excess cuticle, moisturizing and conditioning
the skin.

The cuticle acts as a seal between the finger and the
nail.
Gently
exfoliating the dry, rough, cuticle skin layers
by actually sloughing off the dead outer layers exposes
