Anti-Spam Policy

Body Care Affiliates are expressly prohibited from engaging in the activies listed below.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in the termination of the affiliate's account.

Email

Affiliates are prohibited from sending spam, defined as unsolicited mass commercial e-mail, to promote the products in The 1BodyCare under the Body Care Affiliate Program.

Any affiliate found engaging in spam will have their account terminated immediately. No warnings will be issued.

2-Way Emedia: Newsgroups, Forums, Unmoderated Mailing Lists

Affiliates are prohibited from posting messages to 2-Way media that promote products in The 1BodyCare under the Body Care Affiliate Program if:

• the 2-Way media is totally unrelated in subject matter
• the 2-Way media forbids posting commercial content

Affiliates may post to 2-Way media which permit commercial content related to health, body, and beauty.

NOTE: The affiliate should determine in advance which newsgroups or discussion forums are appropriate for their posts, and their policy regarding commercial posts.

Any affiliate found to be spamming 2-Way E-media will have their account terminated immediately. No warnings will be issued.

If we receive a spam complaint NO ACTION will be taken if the following 3 criteria are ALL met:

• If the complainant was mistaken and the mail was actually solicited, for example, if the complainant joined an opt-in list but then forgot

• If the Email was a single mailing to someone with whom you have had a repetitive, long-standing personal or business relationship

• If you made no attempt to disguise your "Reply-to" Email address

Conclusion: Be very careful if you decide to use Email promotional campaigns.

Research carefully. Even if you accidentally spam, your Body Care Affiliate Program will still be terminated.

For example, if you use an email address list from an unknown source, or post to newsgroups or forums without first checking their Privacy Policy, you could accidentally be guilty of spamming.

Spam ruins your reputation and evokes anger and disrespect from others.
